After spending several years researching and testing possible solutions and models to bring the benefits of virtual care to the market, VCx launched commercially in October, 2023. The Virtual Care Exchange “VCx” (VCx Holdings Inc) is privately held by Midsummer Holdings LLC, a small family office with interests in fin-tech, data security, and tech-enabled business services. The Virtual Care Exchange is headquartered in San Diego, California.
