Our Role:

We are not a health benefit insurance or benefits provider, as those terms are commonly understood. We do not provide or sell insurance products. Our role is to aggregate and bundle an assortment of virtual healthcare services provided by third-party entities (“Providers”) who have contracted with us to re-sell their virtual care offerings.

We are independent from the Providers who provide the virtual care services found on our Websites and are not responsible for such Providers’ acts, omissions or for any content of the communications made by them. We do not engage in the practice of medicine.

Our Websites do not provide medical advice and do not create a healthcare provider/patient relationship between us. Any services provided by, or content accessed from the Websites are for the express purpose of facilitating access to a wide variety of virtual healthcare products and service providers. Information or services accessed or provided by us is NOT intended to replace the advice of your healthcare provider.
